French Nougat

This delicious soft Nougat de Montelimar is lovingly made in a Provençal confiserie first founded in 1900. The ingredients are cooked in small batches in copper cauldrons and rolled out by hand onto marble slabs. The small company is family-run by a brother and sister team.
