As its name suggests, this pan is specifically designed for cooking the perfect paella! This example is the most classic design, and is made from carbon steel. The pan is large enough to hold 8 servings.
Please note that carbon steel pans need to be seasoned. Seasoning is essential for creating a protective layer that prevents rust and provides a naturally non-stick surface.
Thoroughly wash pan before use to remove protective film layer.
