Old Town returns for an Autumn Event

Following the enormous success of the Old Town event earlier on this spring, we are thrilled to be hosting Old Town for a second, autumnal edition!

Taking place at Labour and Wait Covent Garden on the 5th & 6th of September 2026, the event will once again bring together the Old Town team and customers for another opportunity to explore the brand's thoughtful approach to garment making, discover the stories behind each piece and shop an exclusive collection created especially for the weekend.

Available only during the event will be a series of limited edition garments, including:

  • The newly designed GP Jacket, available in both navy wool and khaki canvas.
  • The debut of the new Limehouse Dress, crafted in black drill.
  • A special edition Standard Shirt in classic hickory stripe.
  • A brand new trouser design, developed to sit between the width of the Plains and HMB styles.

 

These garments will be showcased alongside Labour and Wait’s existing Old Town range.

Old Town is an independent British clothing maker renowned for its timeless, hard-wearing garments, designed and made entirely in England. Founded by Marie Willey and Will Brown, the brand creates small-batch collections inspired by traditional workwear, military clothing and classic tailoring, with a focus on thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship and longevity. The aim is for simplicity and restraint with minimal styling, letting the construction influence the look. References are made to costume of the past but the intention is for contemporary relevance.

Every garment is cut, sewn and finished by hand by individual machinists in Norfolk, UK using carefully sourced natural fabrics, resulting in clothing that is built to be worn, repaired and enjoyed for years. Eschewing seasonal trends in favour of enduring style, Old Town has cultivated a loyal following among those who value quality, authenticity and the beauty of well-made everyday clothing.
