Chantry Knife Sharpener

Price £52.00

This knife sharpener is a real classic. Designed by Robert Welch in the 1970s, it cleverly mimics the action of a Butchers' Steel. Inside there are 2 small steels, spring loaded and set at the optimum angle for sharpening a knife evenly. Simply draw the knife through the gap 2 or 3 times and the blade is sharpened.

The Chantry Sharpener is in the permanent collection of MoMA in New York.
