Olive Oil

Nicolas Alziari opened his eponymous shop in Nice in 1931, when the oil from the mill was brought down on horseback to supply the tin drums in the store. 

This Nicoise-style extra virgin olive oil is is soft and buttery throughout, with clear notes of banana and soft orchard fruit that linger to a mild finish. Perfect for finishing a dried fruit and nut salad, with mild cheeses, in light vinaigrettes, or for making a fresh mayonnaise.
