This black enamel gratin dish is the perfect size for a generous portion for one person. It can be used in the oven or on the hob. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. It is made by Riess in Austria.

Care Instructions

Your enamel product should last a lifetime if looked after with care.

• Never apply heat when empty

• Soak stubborn residues before cleaning

• Never scrape burnt-on food away with hard objects or scourers – Boil water and washing up liquid in item for a few minutes to loosen stubborn marks

• Best to hand wash rather than use the dishwasher as the salts can dull the sheen of enamel over time

• Enamel can be damaged if dropped onto a hard surface, however chipped enamel is still safe to use
