AGE VERIFICATION
To comply with UK law on the sale of knives, customers' personal data will be used to verify their age-range in order to ensure that they may legally have access to/purchase restricted good(-s) or services on our website.

Customers' personal data will be processed by AgeChecked Ltd, who will not retain customers' data.

The term ‘Labour and Wait’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is 85 Redchurch Street, London, E2 7DJ. Our company registration number is 04024639, and we are registered in England. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.

ORDERING

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Labour and Wait does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are alternative payment methods which do not require you to sign up or share your card details.

We can still accept postal orders accompanied by a cheque. Cheques will not be cashed until your goods are ready to be dispatched.
